Double Skinned Fuel Tube

Co-extruded fuel pipe for unleaded petrol.

The pipes are formed from two concentric tubes, made with a sophisticated manufacturing system. The inner tube, made from nitrile rubber, stands up to 'green' fuels, and the outer tube made from Chlorosulfonated Polyethylene (Hypalon) provides protection from high temperatures, mechanical stress, and atmospheric agents. The particular advantage of this double-skinned tube lies in the manufacturing process, which bonds the two tubes together. They then act as a single component, which provides the enhanced chemical resistance and the mechanical strength of this product.

             

The Pipe: is unaffected by unleaded fuel, Shrink-proof, Resists embrittlement, Remains flexible, Heat-resistant & Durable.
