We do moulding as per customer requirement in Neoprene, EPDM, Nitrile, Silicon Rubber. We have done step moulding of neoprene pad with teflon coating on one side for Jetty as well as metal reinforced neoprene pad for railway tracks.
Working directly with the customer, we can lend our molding expertise to help develop the product from conceptual state to finished product. This includes recommendations on polymer types for specific application as well as product design.
We can design and manufacture new molds or we can use your existing transfer and compression molds. We can build Prototypes to avoid expensive tooling costs.
