MR. MILIND LADDHA
A passionate & experienced Team Saga led by Milind Laddha who has a track record of taking on challenging designs and executing into products. It was a vision of Mr. Laddha that led to establish a plant near Mumbai and invest in Microwave technology for extruded rubber products.
One of the pioneers in using microwave technology for extruded rubber products, Milind Laddha is a bright engineer from VJTI, Matunga 1993 batch and has nearly 3 decades of experience in the field of rubber products. He has a keen eye for learning and adopting new technologies. He started his business journey with flocking on rubber and then very early in his career, he did backward integration to move on to manufacturing of extruded rubber products. To get deeper insight into the rubber manufacturing, he equipped himself with a formal also did a course at the UDCT (now ICT) in rubber technology conducted by the AIRIA. Using this education and economic acumen, he has successfully guided the company to manufacturing a wide range of high-quality products catering to various industries. Milind Laddha has inculcated & maintained entrepreneurial & Customer First culture in each member of Team Saga. He is a visionary and with his leadership, Team Saga is constantly looking at adding value to our partners in progress, you!
Mr. M. J. Laddha
Our Chairman, Mr. M. J. Laddha is an engineering graduate of 1967 batch and has an enormous experience in various industries and in various capacities.
His expertise and experience in operations and finance continues to add lot of value in maintaining a lean, efficient and productive organization. His vision and strategies ensure sustainable growth for Saga Elastomer and it’s customers.
He has worked professionally as Director with Prabhat Udyog Ltd. (manufacture of Stoves, Petromax Lamps, etc.), CEO with Orbit exports Ltd (manufacture and exports of textiles) and EDEN Agencies (manufacturer and exporter of textile upholstery and curtains) prior to joining Milind’s vision.
Siddhesh w. Hajare
Introducing Mr. Hajare, our new General Manager- Operations at Saga! With 17 years of diverse industry experience, his expertise encompasses a wide spectrum, notably in Rubber Part Manufacturing, with comprehensive knowledge of processes such as Mixing, Rubber Moulding, Phosphating, Bonding, and Cryogenic Deflashing. Additionally, he possesses a solid understanding of ERW & CDW Steel Tube processes, and strategic operations. Mr. Hajare holds Master Certifications in Rubber Compounding, Compression Moulding, and Cost Estimation from Thailand’s TechnoBiz International. He excels in feasibility studies, process enhancements, and quality assurance and control. In his current role as GM-Operations at Saga, Mr. Hajare oversees crucial aspects of our operations, ensuring seamless productivity and profitability. His certification in ISO 9001, IATF, VDA6.3 and TPM underscores his commitment to excellence and process optimization. Mr. Hajare’s impact transcends borders—he’s visited Germany for industry conventions and excels in global standards like ISO implementation. His leadership shines in production, profitability, quality enhancement, and process optimization.
Ms. Pooja Trupesh Mishra
With 15 years of rich experience in Financial accounting & Administration, Ms. Pooja Trupesh Mishra spearheads the finance and accounts for Team Saga. She is an alumnus of SDSM College of Commerce, Palghar and has been core member of Team Saga since last more than a decade who has developed the Team from scratch. Apart from handling finance and accounting, Ms. Pooja has been responsible for setting up processes for Team Saga in every department- Manufacturing, Exports, Sales & dispatch.
Virendar Suryabali Singh
Mr. Singh has been part of Team Saga since nearly a decade and been responsible for production and dispatch. A core member of Team Saga having experience in rubber production of nearly a decade been responsible for setting up processes increasing speed of manufacturing to benefit our customer. Being an Arts graduate from Kanpur university, Mr. Singh took production as a challenge and is always eager to learn & implement new concepts and ideas. He has now taken additional responsibility of machinery maintenance as well and has a good understanding of microwave line operations.
Devendra Baban Joshi
Mr. Joshi is an invaluable member of Team Saga. Being the Quality Incharge & Lab Testing expert at Saga Elastomer, he ensures top-notch quality across our products. Mr. Joshi conducts meticulous pre-dispatch inspections, generates insightful sample reports, and leads real-time online inspections, contributing to continuous process improvement. His proficiency in lab testing guarantees that our products not only meet but exceed industry standards. Mr. Joshi’s commitment to excellence is integral to maintaining Saga Elastomer’s reputation for delivering high-quality solutions.
Sahil Dhure
Sahil has joined Saga Elastomers as a Technical Sales Engineer bringing with his prior experience in Automotive Industry as well as B2B sector. He is a B.Tech graduate in Mechanical Engineering from NMIMS University, Mumbai. His primary responsibilities are to Collaborate with the design, production and R&D department, Quality, inspect and resolve queries & sales support in technical aspects with Sales Management. Consultation for technologically and scientifically advanced products to increase business.
Pooja Patel
Pooja has joined Saga Elastomer as a Sales Promotion Executive, bringing with her 5 years of sales promotion experience in Healthcare and Chemical Industry. She has done her Post Graduate in Commerce from Mumbai University that has provided her with the necessary skills to analyse market trends, identify potential customers and opportunities and develop effective sales strategies. Her primary responsibility is to create awareness for our services and products thru different channels. She is focussed on adding value to our prospective customers by suggesting solutions to their problems, needs & desires & work towards helping them choose better products & services. She will be doing this by responding to the inquiries generated thru web agencies & convert them into long term business relationships, take care of tendering processes, Govt E Marketplace (GEM) and other initiatives.
Shilpa Rahul Singh
Shilpa is one of the newest member of Team Saga who has joined us as a Purchase Executive. Her primary role and responsibilities are to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchase products, delivery information and invoices. This includes preparing reports on purchases, including cost analyses, etc. Shilpa has Bachelor’s degree in Commerce(B.COM) from Mumbai University, which has provided her with a solid foundation in business practices and financial management. She has prior experience in healthcare industry asan Admin Assistant making her a well suited for the role of Purchase Executive and a valuable addition to Team Saga.
Bhavesh Anil Mestry
Introducing our newest team member, Bhavesh has joined Saga as Management Trainee having 3 years of experience in the industry, Bhavesh has worked with leading pharmaceutical machine manufacturers and sheet metal production companies. He holds a B.Sc in Automotive Technique and is currently pursuing an MBA in Operations. As a member of our team, Bhavesh will be responsible for learning about various aspects of our organization’s operations and processes. He will work closely with senior management and department heads to gain an in-depth understanding of the business and contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to optimize business processes. Bhavesh will also be involved in identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective actions as required.
Aarti Shivkumar Gautam
Newest addition in Team Saga! Aarti brings with her 4 years of valuable experience in the Chemical & Oil Lubricant industry. She holds a Post Graduate degree in MCOM, which has equipped her with a strong foundation in business and commerce. As a Sales Coordinator, Aarti will play a crucial role in facilitating seamless communication between our esteemed customers and the dispatch team. She will be responsible for managing both domestic and export sales, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner. In addition to her responsibilities, Aarti will be in charge of handling MIS. Her expertise in MIS will contribute to enhancing the decision-making process within our organization. It will not only streamline internal sales operations but also contribute to a more efficient and customer-centric approach.
Nandini Shivkrishna Mishra
Ms. Mishra has joined Saga as our new Mixing & Dispatch Coordinator. With a B.Com degree in Banking & Insurance, and as a newcomer to the industry, her willingness to learn and adapt shines through in her work. As the Mixing & Dispatch Coordinator, she will be responsible for managing the crucial processes of mixing and dispatching products. Ms. Mishra’s organizational skills ensures that all mixing operations are executed accurately and efficiently. She also oversees the dispatch of products, ensuring timely deliveries to our valued customers.
Rahul Ramesh Dubla
Mr. Dubla has joined Saga as a Production Supervisor. Prior to joining us, he has worked as a Quality Control and as a Field Maintenance Engineer, specializing in ETIM machines and computer maintenance. As the Production Supervisor, Mr. Dubla will be responsible for overseeing and managing the extruder program operations. His expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the production process. With a BA in Economics, Mr. Dubla’s analytical mindset will be an asset to our team. We are confident that his passion for excellence and commitment to maintaining high standards will make him an indispensable part of Saga.
Manoj Mishra
Mr. Mishra has recently joined Team Saga. He comes with 5 years of experience in various industries. In his current role at Saga, Mr. Mishra is an essential part of our Mixing Department. With his extensive experience and knowledge in handling materials and coordinating tasks, he plays a vital role in ensuring that the mixing processes are carried out with precision and efficiency. Mr. Mishra’s expertise ensures that all materials are accurately mixed and ready for further production, meeting our high-quality standards.
Jayesh Harichandra Tare
Introducing Mr. Tare, our newest addition to Saga Elastomer as Dispatch Supervisor! With 6 years of experience in the industry, he has honed his skills in dispatch and plant operations. Mr. Tare’s key responsibilities as Dispatch Supervisor are coordinating outgoing shipments, preparing meticulous shipping documentation, and collaborating with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries, overseeing inventory management, organizing and maintaining stock, managing logistics within our plant, ensuring proper documentation for stored goods, and collaborating with other departments to facilitate the smooth flow of materials in and out of the plant. We are excited to welcome Mr. Tare at Team Saga, confident that his experience and dedication will greatly enhance the operations at Saga Elastomer.
Ashish Patil
Mr. Patil is the HR Executive at Saga Elastomer. He has a degree in computer engineering and brings with him 5 years of experience in the textile industry. Mr. Patil’s responsibilities encompass human resource management, administration, and meticulous documentation related to both internal and external processes. He ensures the smooth functioning of HR operations and compliance with organizational protocols.
Rupa Ram
Rupa has joined Saga Elastomer as a Management Trainee in Sales & Accounts. Despite being a fresher, she brings a dynamic blend of academic prowess with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance and practical skills acquired through a Digital Marketing Course. Her role involves posting products on Alibaba.com, updating product descriptions on IndiaMart, managing samples, creating and maintaining tender documents, and crafting engaging social media posts. Rupa’s diverse skill set and proactive approach make her an invaluable asset to the team, contributing significantly to our online presence, marketing efforts, and overall sales and account management strategies.
Nitin Pandey
Mr. Pandey has recently joined Team Saga as our Lab Incharge and QA. Holding a degree in Rubber Technology, he brings invaluable technical knowledge to his role. With 5 years of experience in the industry, Mr. Pandey’s responsibilities include overseeing Quality Assurance (Lab) and Mixing operations. In his role, he conducts rigorous testing and analysis to ensure the highest standards of quality and precision in our processes, closely monitoring and optimizing every stage from formulation to production. Additionally, Mr. Pandey plays an important role in implementing and maintaining quality control measures, collaborating closely with our production team to identify areas for improvement. His expertise and dedication make him an invaluable member of our team.
Ketan Suresh Palvi
Ketan has joined Team Saga as our Technical Sales Engineer. With an extensive 8 years of experience spanning various industries including Food and Beverages, Rubber, and Furniture, he brings with him diverse expertise to his role. Holding a B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Finolex Academy of Management and Technology (Mumbai University), Ketan has previously served as a Production Head in the Rubber industry and as a Production and Process Engineer in the Furniture industry. In his new role, Ketan will play an important role in driving technical sales initiatives, overseeing product demonstrations, and providing expert guidance on product specifications and applications. He will collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify customer needs, develop customized solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. With a focus on building professional relationships, Ketan will serve as a dedicated point of contact for our valued clients, offering ongoing support and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively. He will closely work with our customers to enhance their experience working with Team Saga.
