| Available Positions & Job Description: | Technical Sales Engineer |
| Job Description: | Convert Leads into opportunities and to Revenue. The role will involve providing consultation to customers on technologically & scientifically advanced products and work with internal team to fulfil customer requirement. Responsible for – Monthly Sales target achievement (Conversion of leads), – Monthly collection target achievement. – Debtor management (DSO). – Increase business in existing customers. – Increase number of high value agents/customers. – Technical Calculations & preliminary feasibility working – Complaint/Claims Management – Process. – Collaborate with the design, production and R&D department to determine how products and services could be made or customized to suit the needs of the customer. – Quality- Inspection queries – Internal – External Trainings. – Reporting Process- Timely & accurate. |
| Experience Required: | 4-5 Years Sales experience in Rubber industry. Must have experience of systematic selling and possess technical expertise. |
| Qualifications Required: | B. Sc. Chemistry Graduate or Engineer (Degree/Diploma) with Chemical background (Preferred), Mechanical, Electrical |
